Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your chemburproperties.com account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This applies to both the website and the Chembur Properties mobile app — they share one account.
Option 1 — In the mobile app
- Open the Chembur Properties app and make sure you are signed in.
- Tap your name at the top of the Home screen to open your profile.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and you will be signed out.
Option 2 — By email
Email roopamestate@gmail.com from any address, with the mobile number registered to your account, and ask us to delete it. We action these within 30 days and confirm by WhatsApp once done.
What gets deleted
- Your account — name, mobile number and login
- Your saved properties
- Your credit balance and credit history
- Any Used Car, Job or Yellow Pages ads you posted, including the contact details shown in them
What we keep, and why
- Payment and property-unlock records, kept for accounting and tax purposes as required by law — with your name, phone number and email removed
- Enquiries you sent to us, kept as anonymised business records — again with your personal details removed
These records can no longer be linked back to you.
Deletion is permanent. Credits you have earned are forfeited and cannot be restored. Properties you unlocked will need to be unlocked again if you sign up in future.
